Owner
Marcus French
Marcus French brings more than 30 years of construction experience across multifamily, residential, and commercial projects, including large-scale renovations, capital improvements, and new construction.
Before founding Start2Finish Construction in 2020, Marcus held leadership roles in project management and multifamily construction. Today, he stays closely involved from concept through completion, with a focus on clear communication, quality workmanship, and strong client relationships.
Outside of work, Marcus enjoys camping, spending time with family, and coaching his daughter on the softball field.
Managing Partner
Pat Toombs
Pat Toombs brings more than 25 years of construction experience across residential and commercial projects, including new construction, renovations, and additions.
In 2001, Pat founded The Toombs Company, LLC, building the business largely through word-of-mouth referrals and earning a reputation for quality workmanship, reliability, and lasting customer relationships. In 2026, he joined longtime friend and business partner Marcus French at Start2Finish Construction.
Today, Pat brings decades of hands-on construction knowledge, practical leadership, and a commitment to delivering quality work and a dependable experience for every client.
Sales & Project Manager
Andrew Bronson
Andrew Bronson brings a results-driven approach to Start2Finish Construction, combining strong estimating and negotiation skills with a focus on building lasting client relationships.
His experience spans both commercial and residential construction, including large-scale projects for churches, restaurants, bars, hospitals, multifamily developments, and commercial properties.
From the first conversation through final walkthrough, Andrew works closely with clients to understand their goals, manage expectations, and keep projects moving forward with a focus on quality, budget, and schedule.
Office Manager
Tonya DeKeyser
Tonya DeKeyser brings more than 20 years of experience in office management and business operations, including more than 12 years supporting construction companies and their customers.
Her background includes financial management, payroll, administrative coordination, and experience supporting both small businesses and large government contracts.
Known for her attention to detail and organizational expertise, Tonya helps keep day-to-day operations running smoothly while supporting accurate project tracking, efficient processes, and a positive experience for both clients and staff.
