Marcus French
Owner
Marcus French brings more than 30 years of hands-on experience in the construction
industry, with a diverse background spanning multi-family, residential, and commercial
construction projects. His experience includes over 12 years in property supervision,
overseeing portfolios ranging from 15 to 36 communities, along with extensive
experience managing residential renovations, commercial improvements, capital
projects, and new construction.
Marcus also spent 8 years as a project manager for a large supply company, a role that
ultimately led him to become Vice President of a growing construction company
specializing in multi-family renovations and large-scale property improvements. In 2020,
driven by his passion for quality craftsmanship and strong customer relationships, he
founded Start2Finish Construction.
Known for his hands-on leadership style, Marcus takes pride in guiding projects from
concept to completion while delivering dependable service, honest communication, and
high-quality workmanship. He believes every customer deserves a customized
approach that fits both their vision and budget.
Outside of work, Marcus enjoys spending time outdoors, camping with his family, and
making memories on the softball field supporting and coaching his daughter. His
commitment to family, teamwork, and strong relationships carries
Patrick "Pat" Toombs
Managing Partner
Pat Toombs brings more than 25 years of construction experience to Start2Finish Construction. In 2001, at the age of 30, Pat founded The Toombs Company, LLC, specializing in residential and commercial new construction, renovations, and additions. He built the company primarily through word-of-mouth referrals, earning a strong reputation for quality workmanship, reliability, and lasting customer relationships.
In 2026, Pat joined forces with longtime friend and business partner Marcus French, merging The Toombs Company with Start2Finish Construction. Today, Pat brings decades of hands-on construction knowledge, leadership, and experience to the Start2Finish team.
Andrew Bronson , Sales & Project Manager
Andrew brings a results-driven approach to every project at Start2Finish Construction, pairing sharp estimating and negotiation skills with a genuine talent for building client relationships. With a background spanning commercial and residential construction, Andrew has successfully managed large-scale projects across a wide range of settings — including churches, restaurants, bars, hospitals, multi-family residential developments, and commercial properties. From the first conversation to the final walkthrough, Andrew works to understand each client’s goals and deliver a project that exceeds expectations — on budget and on time, every time.
Tonya DeKeyser
Office Manager
Tonya DeKeyser brings more than 20 years of experience in office management and business operations, playing a key role in keeping day-to-day functions running smoothly. She has over 12 years of experience supporting construction companies and their customers, along with a strong background in financial management, payroll, and administrative coordination. Her experience spans both small businesses and large government contracts, giving her a well-rounded and adaptable approach to operations. Known for her attention to detail and organizational expertise, Tonya helps ensure efficient processes, accurate project tracking, and a positive experience for both clients and staff.
